Daniel & Hirst is a fully independent firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors whose aim is to provide the people of Brighouse and surrounding areas with the highest level of service and professionalism in all property related matters. The Company is wholly owned and operated by Neil Daniel & Michael Hirst who have both worked in the town for many years and have more experience of the local property market and it's people than any other agent.

Neil Daniel qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1985 and has since then acted in the professional and commercial field. Neil specialises in survey and valuation work for both private individuals and several high street lending institutions. As the only Chartered Surveyor based in Brighouse he also undertakes rent reviews, letting and lease renewals for both landlords and tenants whilst also operating a successful commercial agency department. |

Michael Hirst is well known in the residential property market of Calderdale and Kirklees having worked there for some 25 years. His ability and enthusiastic approach to residential agency are attributes recognised by many people throughout the area. Michael also runs the successful residential property management department which lets properties on behalf of private individuals and property companies. |
